Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on my waiting list. 

I request at least 24 hours notice before canceling and rescheduling appointments.  

The late cancel fee is half (50%) of the requested service price.

No shows will have to pay the full-service amount before being able to book a future appointment.

I do my best to work with you in case of emergencies, as I do understand that issues come up unexpectedly. This policy is not enforced when we have inclement weather.

Redo policy 

I am so sorry that I didn't deliver the expected results. So thank you for giving me the chance to make it right.

 

For any redo color services, you have 3 days to initiate a redo request.

 

For a Haircut redo, you have 3 days to initiate a redo request and must be seen within 7 days of initial service.  I will do my best to work with your busy schedules.
