Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I do require 48 hours' notice. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service canceled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
No shows will have to pay the full-service amount before being able to book a future appointment ( no exceptions)!
I do my best to work with you in case of emergencies, as I do understand that issues come up unexpectedly. This policy is not enforced when we have inclement weather.
I am so sorry that I didn't deliver the expected results. So thank you for giving me the chance to make it right.
For any redo color services, you have 3 days to initiate a redo request.
For a Haircut redo, you have 3 days to initiate a redo request and must be seen within 7 days of initial service. I will do my best to work with your busy schedules.
Tardiness & Service Changes
Please understand that if you are late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining appointment time or canceled altogether. This allows me to stay on time for my next guest. Remember you might be the next guest waiting. Please be accountable for all your appointments and do not make any last-minute changes to the services you have booked for that day.
