In consideration of being permitted to use the white bounce house provided by Abundant Air during The Mane Event Barbershop Grand Opening event, I, the undersigned, hereby release, waive, and discharge The Mane Event Barbershop, Abundant Air, and all event organizers, volunteers, and workers from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of this equipment to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Acknowledgment of Risk: I acknowledge that using a bounce house involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all responsibility and agree to supervise any minors in my care at all times. Only participants age 15 and under may use the bounce house.

Strict Bounce House Rules:
• Bounce time is unlimited; however, participants will rotate out every 5 minutes to allow others to use the bounce house.
• The bounce house is white; strictly NO PAINT, GLITTER, or STICKY SUBSTANCES.
• No food, drinks, or candy allowed.
• Shoes must be removed before entry.
• No sharp objects, including jewelry, hair pieces, or similar items.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability waiver and bounce house rules.
